NRTA 2.0

     I just got done doing some changes to the design of the blog. I changed the template color scheme, the title font, and basically just made some big changes to the way things look. My blog, my rules. The old layout got kind of boring. I'm glad that I don't have an audience to yell at me for changing things. Just me and my thoughts.
     I had a weird dream the night before last. I dreamed that my family had sent me off to live in a nursing home so I could take care of my great-grandfather. All he did was watch sports on TV and mutter in Italian. My dreams are weird.
     Solitude is a nice word, don't you think? Like the solitude this blog brings me. Meta as hell, I know. I'm just really bored right now, as always, and there's nothing better to do. Earlier today, I was clicking through other people's blogs after I read over a few posts here for the hell of it. Most of the blogs I found were spiritual or downright orthodox Christian. It was surprising to see that. I used to think blogs were just for documenting one's life through the madness that is the internet, but I guess a blog is just what you make of it.
     For example, NRTA is just a by-product of me rambling on about nothing in an effort to stop being bored. However, it's starting to become more like my original idea of a blog. I talk about things that happened recently, stuff I did, stories I like to tell.

SUMMER!

     School's out! I'm finally free! But there is one thing I discovered today that I need to tell you. I was checking my stats on here, knowing I wasn't going to find anything, since nobody's reading this anyway, but I found something surprising. Apparently, ten people have found and read this blog, none of them being me. They were all from some part of Europe, but there were also a bunch of guys from Russia who apparently paid me a visit. My thinking is they must have clicked "next blog" and ended up here. Interesting.
     I don't know why, but for some reason I am currently craving quesadillas. I call them Mexican grilled cheese. Maybe I'll head out to the Mexican restaurant in my town. (To all the European people reading this, leave a comment maybe? Alert me of your presence!) Sorry, that was random. I just felt like saying that. After all, it's big news. Somebody's reading this anyway!
     I've made a bunch of other blogs in the past that never really took off, but I saw today that this one requires two pages to contain all the insanity. I'm pretty sure that's the first time one of my blogs got this big. Shows how productive I get when I'm bored, am I right? (EDIT: I just changed the settings so now there's five posts on each page instead of seven.)
     You know, this is really nice. Very relaxing. I like to sit here typing about different things, just hanging out, all alone. It reminds me of this thing on a website I like called Homestar Runner. There's an easter egg where one of the characters on the show, Strong Sad, has a blog. The last post is from like 8 years ago, though. And the main site's been on hiatus for three years. I still like it, though.
     Time for me to go screw around on some other part of the internet! See you later, random European people!

My First Shopped Picture

     This is what happens when I get bored and random blogging just doesn't do it for me anymore. I've never worked with Photoshop before, but today I just had to try it out, and this was the finished product. There's also another thing I need to tell you nonexistent readers about. Someone's found the blog! My Dad saw me reading earlier and asked me about it, so I went with honesty.
     The first thing I did to make this awesome masterpiece was get the generic Windows background. Next, I found a picture of the TARDIS and put it in the background there. After that, I added Ian and Anthony, the pegasus, and a gopher. Then I set the whole thing as my desktop background. Because I can. I'm hoping to do more awesome stuff with Photoshop in the future. In fact, next time I post here, I will have another wonderful masterpiece to show you! Until we meet again!
